    • To facilitate creation of your membership account: We may process your information so we can keep your account in working order
    • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user: We process your information to provide you with the requested service
    • To save or protect individual’s vital interest: we may process your information when necessary to save or protect an individual’s vital interest. Such as to prevent harm
    • Public confirmation of attendance: we will list attendees with their permission.

    1. BristolCon does not and will not share your personal information without your complicit permission on each individual occurrence.

    1. Currently we do not use cookies or other tracking technologies, if this changes in the future we will inform you via our website.

    1. We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice. Unless legally obliged by law, we will keep your personal information for a period of 24 months after your last membership.
    2. Attendee lists of the convention will be publicly available without end, if you select to publicise your attendance you will be on the list for that year, if you wish your name removed at any time you can email privacy@bristolcon.org

    1. We have organisational and technical processes in place to protect your personal information. Whilst no electronic transmission over the internet or storage technology can be 100% secure, we have taken steps to make the information we do store, is secure to the best of our ability.
